Summer Traning:

 

Water based training will continue to be mainly on Tuesdays and Thursdays - charts up in gig shed.  Fridays will be for fun races.

 

Circuit Traning:

 

Has now finished for the summer season, but will re-commence in October.

 

Novice and Junior Sessions:

 

Will be run every Wednesday from 18.30 until the end of the season (september). Outings will be dependent upon weather conditions. Please wear suitable clothing & soft sole shoes. New faces are always welcome! First 3 sessions are free!
